All 7th and 8th grade students are invited to join our confirmation process at PoP called Firmly Planted! We meet twice a month on Sunday nights from 6-8pm. The sign up for providing dinner is below!
Join us for our FINAL get together of the year! Come when you can and stay as long as you'd like! We will be meeting at Castle Skateland for an evening together while we welcome our 3rd graders that will be new to our group next year. Once everyone gathers, we will order pizza and drinks to enjoy throughout the evening. Admission and skate rental information is below. No RSVP needed but please email Ginger Tomes with any questions.
All Firmly Planted students are invited to come out for an end of the year spectacular! We'll have the best time celebrating a great year of living and loving like Jesus with some excellent games (fun hide and seek type games like Sardines and capture the flag and some new ones!) You're guaranteed to have fun! Friends are welcome! A pizza dinner will be provided.

Rising 2nd-8th graders, mark your calendars for July 29-August 2, when you can spend a week learning a musical (“Life of the Party: The Story of Mary & Martha”), refining your acting chops, and working on sets, 9 am-1 pm daily. More information and registration coming in April.

When: Friday, April 5-7, We’ll leave around 5:30 PM on Friday and return by 11:30 AM on Sunday. Register by February 28 to help us plan.
Who: 7th and 8th graders, all POP students & Friends are welcome to join us for the fun! *Firmly Planted students highly encouraged to attend*
Cost for the weekend is $120 - but there is ALWAYS financial assistance available. Reach out for more information.
Where: Hopewood Pines is in Marengo, Ohio - just north of Columbus. We’ll stay in heated bunks with private changing rooms & showers available.

Prince of Peace is excited to sponsor the Great Symmes Easter Egg Hunt as a Community Outreach Event where we have a chance to connect with our neighbors and share a little bit of God’s love! Come with your family to participate or volunteer at the event!
To volunteer, we’ll need help at the Prince of Peace booth greeting people and connecting. Another group will help with the behind-the-scenes of the event helping kids swap tickets for prizes. Sign up here or at Prince of Peace on the bulletin board.

Be a part of POP's spring service day at Clutter2Care in Mason. We'll enjoy fellowship while we work to organize and sort donated items. Clutter2Care is a local non-profit thrift store that donates store earnings to meet the needs of at-risk and marginalized children in our local area as well as in Haiti. Our High School students are returning to the Convent in Norwood for an awesome retreat called "Understanding" all about building a better understanding about what is going on in the world through an interfaith perspective. Pastor Jonathan will lead this opportunity as we go to the Holocaust & Humanity Center, hear from someone who works at the Islamic Center in West Chester, and virtually visit with a Christian living in Palestine.
There will also be lots of opportunity for fun as we have a fun night out at Factory 52 for Dinner, explore the rest of the Museum Center, and have fun at the Retreat Center!

Take some time to connect with others while enjoying a warm breakfast, coffee, and Advent crafts. On Sunday, December 3rd at 9:30 AM, join others in the Gathering Space to make an ornament, create an Advent wreath (or update a current wreath), fill your belly with delicious food, and grab extra Advent Candles and a new devotional to enhance your Advent season at home.
