Calling All Parents and Caregivers!

Are you looking for practical, faith-grounded wisdom to help navigate the joys and challenges of raising children? We invite you to join us for "A Taste of Common Sense Parenting" – a class designed to equip you with proven strategies for nurturing the children God has entrusted to your care. This class is brought to us from Tried and True Parenting - a local parenting education organization.

What You'll Experience:

Parenting is the hardest job there is. We're here to offer hope and share valuable tools that will help in your parenting journey. This class focuses on four areas most parents find challenging:

- **Communication**

- **Discipline**

- **Problem Solving**

- **Connection**

You'll receive basic and practical tools grounded in faith, along with the support of fellow parents walking the same path.

Who Should Attend:

- Parents of children of all ages

- Soon-to-be parents preparing for this blessed journey

- Anyone involved in caring for children in our community

When & Where:

Sunday, September 21 - 11:45-1:15 PM, lunch included

Meet Your Trainers! 

Natasha Howard has 10 years of experience working with children as a former elementary educator and junior high ministry leader at her home church, Rivers Crossing.  She has a heart to provide hope, encouragement, and support for parents and remind them that they are never alone in their season of parenting. 

 

Gail Cicak has over 15 years of experience building into people - both in business relationships and individuals through her volunteer work and biblical counseling practice. Gail has a heart for all families to have hope and thrive. Gail brings a wealth of wisdom and discernment in the vein of spiritual support for parents who wish to pursue personal growth and healing to operate as their best self for their children. 

*Childcare will be available for the lunch & learning time.
